24 kg Speed Swings 15 min, BW walking lunges, parallel bar pushups, rear delts
This went very well. Slept very well last night which, of course make a huge difference. One bad nights sleep wrecks my next day training now where before it didn't so much.Course I wasn't doing this stuff then either.
24 kg Speed swings
cardio was strong today. Didn't double breathe except for a few reps on a few sets. Good power output throughout too. Didn't look at the clock until 11 min had past. Pretty calm and fluid, I just let myself fall into the groove.
BW walking lunges
4 laps UNBROKEN!
no problem either. Deep too. Best effort in forever, maybe ever. Legs feel strong and supple amazing!
Parallel bar pushups
3 sets of 25
3 sets of 12 with 20 lbs.
needed to go heavy on this today
OK short and fast ruck tomorrow!
