Ruck



Hard one today. Not much sleep last night, full client list straight through. Hot and humid.  normal life stuff on mind and straight to ruck.
got it done and felt better after

46 lb ruck
6 laps
60 minutes
med pace  8:15 laps

recovery good from yesterdays speed swings and lower back no problem

day off then onto the Beast.

 This went ok but actually thought it would go better. I thought I should be able to 1) stick at least one 205 and get two. I missed a bunch...
