Fast Ruck
Since I'm off the Chicago to speak at the StrengthMatters Summit I decided to go a bit heavier on today's ruck as I'll miss Sunday.
But I will be rucking a back pack all over the place for the next three days, just a light one,

wore my vibram toe socks under the salomon's and they felt great.
Very short work morning tomorrow and off I go. Two year anniverary of my TKR tomorrow!
