Very nice Mark, just one question. Are the HKC's doing the bridge or the sweep with TGU's now? Remember at ours we did the little sweep, or whatever you want to call it. Just wondering. I'm used to the bridge myself. I figure that's the one I should practice for the RKC anyways.

its' the low sweep with the roll as a variation.and yes, if you are training for RKC practice the high bridge.
and yes, Tracy is looking great. she showed the class what swing training is about with some killer short but tough workouts.
