Thanks Jordan for the great camera work as well as all your hard work teaching yesterday.
"And in those simple beautiful movements I remembered what was really important in training; that consistency trumps intensity; all the time. That intensity is born from consistency. That one cannot force it, one has to lay in wait for it, patiently, instinctively, calmly and be ready to grab it when Grace lays it down in front of you."

Very nice Mark, just one question. Are the HKC's doing the bridge or the sweep with TGU's now? Remember at ours we did the little sweep, or whatever you want to call it. Just wondering. I'm used to the bridge myself. I figure that's the one I should practice for the RKC anyways.
Tracy-looking good sister!
Congrats on your first HKC class, I'm sure that's the first of many to come!

its' the low sweep with the roll as a variation.and yes, if you are training for RKC practice the high bridge.
and yes, Tracy is looking great. she showed the class what swing training is about with some killer short but tough workouts.
thanks for the comment and kind words.
