True that, I have scientific back training and scientific core training. Every time I go through those I learn something new.

same here. I just went over Scientific back training( after my back went out,lol) and realized just how much gold there was in it.those two courses ,btw , are my favorite Chek courses.

My back has been acting up again, (damn discs), looks like I may be revisiting the course. I am not sure if my wife is gonna want to watch a Paul Chek lecture on vacation. Oh well

LOl, Rob you just had to pick the week I blow out my back to pick up your pace,didnt you?
If you get there faster than me so be it. I will just stay on my pace and get there as soon as possible.

man I am so sorry to hear that. I KNOW how much that sucks.thankfully I am feeling better although I know my center has shifted and I'm not sure where "neutral" is anymore. I'm not quite sure what to stretch and what not to,lol.
I do know that all the yoga is helping me really traction the spine up and square up my scoliosis and that helps.
glad you like the blog and that you comment.really appreciate it.

btw, been doing lots of stability ball reverse hypers and alternate arm supermans and they are helping alot.
That and hanging( toes on the ground but heels off) from my taps bar. This has been a key i think.

I am gonna start adding in the exercises you mentioned. Sometimes I get fancy and try to "new stuff Looks like i need to spend more time on endurance in my low back. Thanks for the info

doing the hi rep work on the ball really does work well for the static endurance of the deep lower back muscles in my experience. as well as staying really stretched out.the one arm swings worked well for me too and I have to go back to them, not just snatches.
