Tracy kicks ass.300 snatches, 12 minutes, 12 kg for her SECOND set of this.
"And in those simple beautiful movements I remembered what was really important in training; that consistency trumps intensity; all the time. That intensity is born from consistency. That one cannot force it, one has to lay in wait for it, patiently, instinctively, calmly and be ready to grab it when Grace lays it down in front of you."

Tracy's stuff is off the charts, no doubt, but there is absolutely nothing at all pathetic about anything you do.
You have a defined a new set of very admirable goals together with a sound clear plan of execution to achieve them .. just as with your previous ones and the ones' before those. These are the attributes of a champion and a world class trainer that leads by example and inspires others to emulate.
thank you for the very kind words franklin.for those that have known my situation these last three years that 10 min set is nothing short of a miracle.a little self deprecation goes a long way, though, I know.
By accepting it's patheticness I will motivate myself to move past it.numbers dont lie.but neither does a trend line.
I was a much better performer when I only had to do one, heavy, rep, lol.
thanks again for the comment.
