Master SFG
Very pleased to say that I've been re instated as a Master SFG by Pavel. I've been waiting for this for the last 16 months and couldn't be happier

Its amazing what disapears first on me when I have to miss training. My glutes and hips go first; amazingly quickly too, and then the quads....

Pavel and we left RKC in 2012 and formed SFG. I took a "leave of absence" and returned last year, regaining my Master's status last week. Home again is good
