Back on ruck
I could tell, as usual, that I missed my long ruck Sunday. Today's 55 min bout wasn't hard but my legs were working too hard for such a short distance. They'll be back to normal on Sunday

Not great sleep and a bit sore ( no aspirin for last three days) so all in all it was a strong day . Just definitely not 'fresh' ...
