Hot ruck

It twas a bit warm this afternoon. Close to 100 degrees at 1 pm but we kicked it into gear anyway. It's just an hour > just six laps. No worries.

 This was good but hard, mainly hard to stay focused. Solo training which was ok but I was tired from not great sleep and just feeling weird...
