Thursday Ruck

Pretty well recovered from yesterday, just a bit overall tired but not that sore at all.

Medium hot temps today which helped.

Pack felt light and legs felt loose. good one. now a full day off before the 40 kg for 10 sets of 8/8 on Saturday!
