Watched it twice. Might go back one more time. Solid.
Doing some of the kettlebell moves, you get a sense of just how hard gymnastics really is. It's not just a person doing some flips and spins-watching someone, for example, doing the rings amazes me.
I don't consider myself a gymnast now because I do kettlebells, but having to use my lats and shoulders more than ever sends a new message of what those athletes go through. Just like doing a triathlon-I'm no Ironman, but doing the smaller ones, I get a "jiff" of what you have to go through.

the first time I ever swung a kb my immediate thought was " this is just like gymnastics" and I still feel that way. only we are the apparatus and the kb is the gymnast,lol.
