Sundaday post covid ruck

 


Skipped Wednesdays press workout, too sick but felt much better on Sat and yesterday. Was going to do six laps  but too many people started showing up and I was getting tired anyway so I did four laps in about 45  minutes

Everything felt ok just worried about pushing too hard  and getting a re lapse

Kept checking my hr which was about 110 so no racing heart but still not the greatest of breath. Lungs hadn't opened up yet
