This went great. All the things I learned from Monday got put into play and worked great.
The basics:
1) wide stance set up
2) push up on bar on unracking and visualized bar high off pins
3) Hold in mid foot balance
4) Initiate press from hips
5) drive to face, elbows in
Couldn't be happier unless I can do it with 214, 220 and 225 :)

glutes and hams finally not sore, this went well
