Steady ruck

Solid one today. Started off slow to test the feet and calves and they were fine. Kept a steady pace the whole way testing out the new Salomons and they too were perfect! I now think the old ones were a bit worn out so this was perfect timing

A bit hot and muggy so plenty of sweating was done, again no issues

2:00 on the dot ( 3 mph with stops)

 This took a few warmup sets ( and almost tweaking my tricep again with  95!) but I think it went well over I just have to 'THINK RIGHT...
