Slow and steady ruck

This was a good one mainly because my feet did not bother me. I wore the high  top 4D salomons and laced from top of arch up very lightly and went slowly to : 1) let my calves warm up and 2) make sure I was using proper heel toe form with good dorsi flexion

worked well but now 7 hours later my feet are a bit tender but not in pain which is good.
DO NOT want to jack up my feet and foot bones!

Also back to loaded rucks on Thursday again to slow me down

50 lb ruck
1:55 for 12 laps
10 squat stretches
12,871 steps
5.7 miles
3 mph average

BW 174.3
BF 14.0
