Speed walk

decent one. super hot but no problem . it's very different walking in the heat without the ruck vs with it. I think :) All I know is that it's hard to walk fast for time and stay loose. Wore the salomons and left calf was just a wee bit tight the last part of the third lap. Calmed down on 6th

 This was good but hard, mainly hard to stay focused. Solo training which was ok but I was tired from not great sleep and just feeling weird...
