44 kg One Arm swing 10x8/8, double 20 kg kb front squats,50lb horiz bar pushups,PB handstands, rear raises
Really solid workout today. The 44 just felt like another weight. Less mental prep ever needed for this weight. A good sign

decided to do a different leg move today. this worked well with this light weight but I used a closer stance which felt very comfortable in the bottom
I felt I was going deeper than the video shows but they felt solid nonetheless
