Strong Ruck

Surprisingly strong day today. Legs were tight starting out but pack felt light and the legs loosened up quickly.

Overcast and cool helps tons.
Didn't time any laps but we finished 10 minutes early so that's good

lowest water reading and highest bodyfat in forever. Thought I hydrated well all day. Week off creatine though so perhaps that's having some effect
