Hot, fast, strong ruck

Legs were definitely good to go today and although it was hot it wasn't stupid hot like yesterday. Overcast and a slight breeze helped too.
But the legs were good; loose and strong at the same time and energy was solid.Back was good too, no side effects from yesterday's speed swing effort. Which is the goal and perfect. Lungs good too
