Fast as fuck ruck

Wow this started off so fast and easy. Possibly the fastest ever!
Covered seven laps in the first 60 minutes no problem, legs felt strong light and loose!
Started off with 7:30 half mile times and it was no issue. So weird. No good reason for it either but I'll take it

was actually on pace to break my 6:38 lap record which I never thought I'd see again but legs got heavy the last 200 yards.Still VERY VERY happy with this!
