Sometimes I miss powerlifting.


I know it's not good for me and probably wrecked my body even more than gymnastics but sometimes there's no good substitute for lifting really heavy shit.



" I don't want it, I just need it" pretty much sums it up.

Can't have but that doesnt change things.

172.5 x 1 x 20, hammer curls and onearm band pushdowns

 This went well. Not as strong as last week but my body is more achy from the weekend All techniques were fine though  166.8 12.2 at 4 am 16...
