The shields look extremely impressive .. really gave me visions of Lord of the Rings.

And thats a monster clubbell, how much does it weigh? (My interest has recently piqued in clubbells a I have shoulder issues and secondly will be attending a somewhat local Fitness Cert in NYC next week that features Coach Sonnon.)

franklin,
thats the 25 lber and it is a brute, especially for one arm moves! If I were you I would get one 5 lb cb and one 10 lbers and learn the moves from there if you have touchy shoulders. even the 5 lber is tough through some of these range of motions. be careful, you can hurt yourself pretty easy with them

oh yeah, good to see will be getting instruction from Scott himself. perfect.

the clubs have been VERY helpful in rehabing my shoulders. just have to be careful not to do too much weight or too many reps as it's not my main focus.

Hey Rif:

That's a great video!

Did you ever get my email? I sent them to you a week ago (info@giryastrength.com) about clubbells. I'm all into them now along with the KB's, and I have questions about them. :)

See you in June (or August, whichever).
