Ruck back

Wow, that was hard Just an hour with just 45 lbs but it felt like I haven't done it in eons. Legs just didn't get into it at all for 30 minutes then loosened up enough to finish.
Yeesh, condition doesn't stay for long does it?

But man it shows you how much work you were actually doing ,lol
