Strong Ruck

 


This went great. All remnant of my sacral issue is gone and I slept very well. Woke rested and not that sore either from the heavy bell work. Legs were definitely tired and a bit heavy but not big deal

It was cook, overcast with an actual cool breeze as well which made it, well, just perfect

Time was fast :  12 laps with 8 squat stretches in 1:50. Door to door in 1:54
