Sunday Ruck




Solid one. Not too hot early yesterday and that was nice. Legs and back and lungs all behaved as well. Not a fast pace but not slow either. Took it up a notch the last 1.2 miles ( two laps) and brought it in under 16 minutes.

Decent especially these days, getting used to sweating again

This was hard.. barely 5 hours sleep and dog and kid stress but decent HRV! and deep sleep so I got to it Not feeling strong but the groove ...
