A long slog

 Heavy legs today but overall ok. Just not fast at all. But no calf or other leg issues other than tired from yesterdays swing and pistol work
Humid as well. Sweated like a pig but good heat tolerance

 I little sloppy but not bad. Just ran out of tightness and triceps for the last two sets 172.6 13.9
