44 kg One Arm Swings, pistols practice, laterals



A very strong and powerful session. Was actually shocked and happy to see the height of the  swings on the video they didn't feel that high but the power felt good
Recovery was strong too. Three minutes / sets; hard on the lungs but very doable

 I little sloppy but not bad. Just ran out of tightness and triceps for the last two sets 172.6 13.9
