Thursday ruck

 


Another good one. Hotter than usual but still not bad at all. Started off pretty  fast too,  8:30 first lap, then down to 8:20 then 8:15 or so then around 8:20's for the next two and a 7:49 last lap. Very very good

30 sec break after each lap to check gait and stride symmetry and reload. Kind of like Max Vo2 rucking

 I little sloppy but not bad. Just ran out of tightness and triceps for the last two sets 172.6 13.9
