Sunday Ruck FAST



 This went very well. Start a little stiff and heavy legged from the high rep squats but even the first lap was decently fast. then it got better

Cold crisp day again always helps

lap 5 7:44

lap 6 7:23 !!


really poured it on on the last lap but still. haven't done a lap this fast in years

lungs are finally getting back in shape!

 I little sloppy but not bad. Just ran out of tightness and triceps for the last two sets 172.6 13.9
