Sunday ruck



 This was strong if not fast. Actually it was pretty fast but I took a break every half hour and lost 5 min as well talking to dogs lol

All in all a good ruck considering I haven't gone 12 laps in almost a month and I missed last weeks ruck entirely

But  it wasn't easy. Hot and humid as well

 I little sloppy but not bad. Just ran out of tightness and triceps for the last two sets 172.6 13.9
