Russian Kettlebells for Strength, Conditioning and Fat Loss

I love kettlebells as much as I love powerlifting and that says a lot. These little blobs of iron have a simple beauty to them that mesmerizes me. I have always sought the perfect training regimine and the perfect way to stay strong,enduring and fit. If I only could do one training method besides Powerlifting this would be it.
