More press mistakes from today

 1) Gotta engage the rhomboids when setting the low rack position.Lock in

2) Elbows up is crucial

3) 'Straight  up' on the unracking does not mean hips in front, hips are under the bar with chest up

( legs are vertical, torso is perpendicular)

4) Fall back from the bar is first, then press to X
