Strong strong day. Pretty much best bell height ever with this weight but more importantly it felt strong and SAFE, not imbalanced or worrisome at all.
Even the transfers were solid
Really focused on staying locked in at the top plank position and letting the bell float just that extra second or so and it makes a big difference on bell height
60 kg x 10 x 5/5
then belt squats 3 x 8 with 60 kg also
these felt square and balanced too. and strong. should have done 10 rep sets. next timepullaparts 3 x 30
