Another good one. Power and height were excellent and probably the best ever with the 44. And, right out the shoot as well, which is very rare. body parts are feeling good for a change too, which is very nice

It still is a shit ton of sets though. And this really trying to max out the standing plank every rep of every set is freaking exhausting!Belt squats felt good as well, although I learned my lesson from last week and only did sets of ten. It was fine
