48 kg One Arm Swings 12 x 5/5, 48 kg belt squat 3 x 8, pullaparts

 The best swing workout in a month. Slept well to start it off and all body parts were systems go, nothing complaining,

Technique felt great and height as best ever, I think with the 48, Could really keep my legs locked in the standing plank
