Thursday Ruck

 


Fast one although on little sleep ( dog ) Still went very well

first four laps were around 8:20-8:30 pace

Last mile was fastest 16:07 not bad at all

  This was hard, Slept ok but just had no energy But it got done 166.6 11.5
