Thursday Ruck

 


Fast one although on little sleep ( dog ) Still went very well

45 lb ruck

6 laps

first four laps were around 8:20-8:30 pace

Last mile was fastest 16:07 not bad at all

 This went VERY well almost all reps identical. Realized I get better drive AND minimize shoulder stress if I unrack it with more weight on ...
