This sucked. The head back technique didnt work well, big surprise. This is the most frustrated I've ever been with this move. Cannot seem to find the leverage and it's making me crazy

then 205 down set MISSED! pushing with hands first and bar went out in front! again. changed shoes, dropped down to 185 made it easy by leading with hips then hands but too many fucking moving parts
then back up to 205 for four more single.
