Sunday fast walk

 



Finally some rain! Too lazy to dry  my ruck afterwards so I decided to just fast walk it. went great! Never have done the six miles without the ruck. held speed pretty well

last lap 6:50 ( sub 14 min mile)

mostly 16 + min miles , no rests
