Was pretty nervous going in to this but then again, I usually am. Turned out well, all sets done, strongly and probably the best bell height and speed yet with these bells. And no grip problems at all
Got started a little slow though as I didn't take up enough slack on the first set with the 60 and it felt heavier than it should have. Got it together on the next two sets and the last four were solid

Need to go back to a heavier loaded squat of some sort. Legs need more absolute strength for the swing!
