Sunday Ruck



 Strong still!

Hot from the start, no breeze and no cloud cover but pace was good, legs loose, lungs open and mind good. Heat didn't bother me at all til the last lap and a half. heat conditioning is kicking in; but so  much of it is in my  mental approach

 This went VERY well almost all reps identical. Realized I get better drive AND minimize shoulder stress if I unrack it with more weight on ...
