48 kg One Arm Swings 12 x 5/5, 48 kg belt squats, pullaparts

 First couple sets were off a bit but then things kicked into high gear. One of the strongest and fastest 48 kg workouts in forever
Fast pace but I didn't feel like I was gonna die and it's toasty  here. Maybe the heat conditioning is works

48 x 5/5 first set iffy, grip was slipping
48 x 5/5 x 11 sets 

Somehow it cleared up. First two sets were a little in my back, too. but that dropped right off. Really thinking LEGS
