Tough one. I wasn't sore from Mondays work but my CNS was. It was super hot and I've been pushed hard with all the animal stuff
But it got done and it wasn't bad at all. It just didn't feel good but oh well
Also did pauses on each rep from 135 to 165 and 1) it was harder than I expected and 2) it didn't put me in the better position I thought it would so I went back to touch and go at 175 and it was better. but I was cooked
