Definitely back to full strength. This went well today, even strongly! Grip was solid bell speed was good and bell height was decent too

was getting tired and just didn't want any tweaks. Actually thought about changing to 5/5 after I started the last set but decided it safer to just stay with the plan
Assisted pistols/ kickstand squats
3 x 6/6 ( adding the kickstand squats was perfect. A little more work for the left leg and the right got quad but not hip flexor work)
