195-210 ( 215 miss), wt pushups, laterals rear delts

 Fucked up Sunday after  noon recovery , poor sleep, family  drama shitty morning. It's amazing I pressed anything.

Plus still 170 lbs

Upside: technique felt decent, just felt unfocused, angry and distracted
