Really good one today. Great speed, the calf/knee felt normal before and since and pace was consistent for all six laps

14 min miles for 5 k isn't bad at all. Gait felt really good and fluid and legs and lungs felt great
So happy to have turned this from my least favorite training day to one of my most looked forward too
