48 Kg One Arm Swings 10 x 5/5, pistol/lunge combo, laterals, rear delts

 Glenn needed to use the 48 kg today so I decided to join him. Dropping down to the 32 kg just didn't sound interesting at all. And since we've decided to stick with 5s across the board it shouldn't have been a problem, and wasn't. In fact it was a great day

Height was better today than ever I thought and power output was excellent. Weight felt light and all parts felt strong. Lungs, of course, no problem

I realized the other day I have to shift my center of mass over to the working leg just as I do when I walk/ruck. head of foot and all that.
it actually worked fantastic! made a big difference

Didn't even know I had to figure this out, lol!
