44 kg One arm swings 16 x 5/5, 44 kg belt squats 4 x 10, pullaparts

 Cold, irritated and just not in the mood this morning but got it done regardless. Actually decent power and bell  height but mind was the issue.

Had to force myself to focus each and every  rep of every set

We were going fast but it seemed to take forever

then straight into belt squats


Right knee a bit tight as my right soleus has been too . Just had to push knee out more in bottom
