his pack and loadout make a big difference, it was hard to keep the pace for the last 2 laps or so but definitely do able. More about motivation to push to keep the pace than the ability to do it , but I did it and it wasn't that hard.
This is literally 3 min per mile faster than I have been for months.
It almost feels like cheating but then again my lungs say differently and the leg turnover speed is challenging in it's own way
