Not bad but not great either. A shorter touch and go works best. Getting the fast hip drive at the start works too Staying on the x is right as well
Putting it all together as the weight goes up. Not so easy
Everything was good but not great. I need great.
raised elbows TOO high on second rep and tweaked left biceps tendon a bit but it went back quicklythen 205 x 4 x 1 ( lost one on balance) these were solid lines but not much acceleration at top
the more I stay focused on the X the better the lockout
