6 lap thursday ruck!

 


Got a reprieve from dog sitting and got to do the full six laps this time for the first time in  month or more

Went better than I could have hoped, even been cool and overcast! Perfect rucking weather

 This went VERY well almost all reps identical. Realized I get better drive AND minimize shoulder stress if I unrack it with more weight on ...
